Tupac wasn’t always recognized for his ‘charity’ work. Which is why many of you might be surprised to hear the following short story.
In 1993, Tupac received a letter from the parents of a dying boy named Joshua. They said it was Joshua’s last dream to meet Tupac. So what did he do in response? Tupac took a trip to Maryland to meet Joshua in person, and even took him to a basketball game.
Soon after Joshua’s death, Tupac renamed his publishing company from Ghetto Gospel Music to Joshua’s Dream.
